Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Very tasty pizza. My husband is obsessed with the breadsticks and garlic cream cheese and he's not even a huge garlic fan. I would have have it five stars but I got a chicken parm sandwich once that's wasn't very good.

Seriously REALLY GOOD. The pizzas are pretty simplistic, which allows the flavors of the ingredients shine through. They're more authentic and "rustic" than other pizza places in the area. Way better than Klavon's! Highly recommend!

Man, Oh, Man! I've been dying to try this place out since booking tickets to NASCAR's Quicken Loans 400 at Michigan International Speedway...I always book, then Yelp! After reading the reviews, I said to myself, "Self, we gonna grab us some Laughlin's!". The pics of the pies had me going. Having to wait from December 'til now was killing me. A few weeks ago, I made contact via email, and corresponded with Mary. I explained that I make my own pies, and I'm very interested in how others craft theirs, and I would like to see the "back of the house". She responded affirmatively, and I was stoked. Fast-forward to Friday, the 12th. We get seated...there was no crowd, yet, and I inquire about the email exchange. What I get is a closer view of what can be seen by the diners; 2 pizza dressing stations, and a wood fired oven....yeehaw! The ambiance is non-plussed....Burgundy walls, and a flat screen or two. They have a full service bar that I didn't take advantage of because a nice IPA was on tap. The service was fantastic, and I hope the management appreciates them as much as I do. Brass tacks time! As I was not shown the "back of the house", I can only make assumptions. If the management wishes to respond, they have my email address..... The dough is not opened by hand; it is flattened by a dough press. There was little, if any crumb. The dough is the most important part of a pizza, just as bread is to a sandwich. Crappy bread=crappy sandwiches. The house made sauce is a Stanislaus, perhaps Escalon, extra heavy sauce, with basil.....the house made part is mixing a #10 can of sauce with two more of water. The cheese is a low moisture bulk purchased Mozzarella. Will I eat here again? I'll give Klavon's a shot, then I'll decide. Pizza two stars, wait staff FIVE!

The 5 star as good as it gets is a fair share of actual honest to goodness awesomeness and also the fact that this is in Spring Arbor! In a big city this place would still be great but it wouldn't stand above the rest quite as well as it does in tiny little Spring Arbor. First off, you are in a strip mall that is by every definition a strip mall. Next door is a dollar store. But as soon as you walk in you forget everything. This place is clean, modern, well styled and a little bit fancy without being anything less than comfortable. They have a nice big bar with a bartender that says bye when you leave. And only because my father made such a big deal about it. They have very nice bathrooms. More than anything I think it is just that they made the mens room just as nice as the womens room but either way it is nice. The first time my parents and I shared some bread sticks to start. I am not a huge bread stick fan or even bread fan at all but their sticks were tasty for sure. Also very filling. Maybe not the best idea for 3 people who are also about to share a pizza but that didn't stop us from eating them all. Our second trip in (yes the next week, it was that good) we got the bruschetta. I am not a huge fan of places that load the bruschetta up before it gets to your table because it almost always ends up soggy before I finish but that is my biggest complaint. As far as the actual pizza goes. AWESOME. They use their own pizza oven to make them and man can you taste it in the crust. It has a great crunch on the outside but is nice and soft on the inside. They make the pizzas fairly flat crusted, the way I like it. But if you hate flat crust pizza you may be disappointed. The first time we got a chicken Alfredo pizza. In the menu it was described something like "Alfredo sauce as the base with chicken and cheese" it sounded pretty bland to me and I was ready for some disappointment but it came out exceeding all expectations. Creamy, cheesey, gooey, flavorful and really really hard to stop eating. The next trip we got the spinach dip pizza. The sauce is spinach dip...I don't really need to say anything else. We ate it all and rolled out the door with smiles on our faces. To say the least this is my new go to place in Spring Arbor. Awesome because I will be spending a lot more time there in the future.

Great thin crust pizza. Their menu has many varieties of pizza and appetizers. They have awesome email deals. Good atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

Spring Arbor, Michigan. This strip mall has all of the food groups: martial arts, dollar store, cafe, ominous ad for shared office space. And one one end, behind cheesy Itsa-Italiano window stickers, is an honestly awesome pizza joint. Go urgently. Do not hesitate.

What brought me back was the memory of smelling the fire oven a few times back. Didn't smell it this time nor did we enjoy the visit. The food seems a little overpriced for what you get and the service could not keep up with the demand the day we were in. Ill stick to my local pie factory as the drive to Spring Arbor is just a bit to far for just pizza. Probably won't be back as the last 2 times I have been here the pizza has just been mediocre.

This place was pretty cool, the atmosphere was great although a bit loud. The pizza was average and the beer selection was good. The reason I gave 3 stars was for our wait for the pizza, from order time to the table it took a little over an hour. Two large pizzas and 8 beers will run you about $80... I would recommend checking this place out!

I absolutely love this place and who knew that the best pizza in Jackson would be in little tiny Spring Arbor! The restaurant itself has nice decor, quite clean, with a friendly staff! The pizza is outstanding along with their other food as well. You get generous portions and unique pizza options as well as a create your own! The pizza is made in one of the few brick oven pizza places in the state of Michigan :) when I want to order pizza I go there! I highly recommend this place!

Great pizza place in Jackson!! Wood fired pizza oven makes the pizza unlike any other. Friend of mine checked in here about a month ago, and said it was great. Never had heard about it so took a ride to check it out. Glad we did, definitely will be back. Owner was very friendly, chatting with us at the bar, filling us in on the history. Highly recommend SOS!!

Great unique pizza loved the wood fired idea - very friendly and really great food!!

Best pizza in Jackson! Ok...tie with Beach Bar and Klavon's, but still, really good! And if you decide to eat in, the atmosphere is really cozy.

Love it here! You simply MUST try the stuffed mushrooms.....deeelish! Rich, creamy cheese melts in your mouth. Follow that up with some fire roasted, thin crust pizza.. I suggest the BBQ bird. The BBQ is sweet and is a great compliment to the chicken. The oregano rocks too ! See you there!

Very clean, very stylish, very good service. Lots of menu choices for pizzas. Cool wood burning oven!

The food is always great! I love their pizza sauce! It is a little pricey for take out but I can see it being totally worth it for the atmosphere if you were to dine in :)

This newish-looking pizza restaurant located in Spring Arbor was a pleasant surprise. The decor is modern and uncluttered, with cute touches such as different salt and pepper sets on each of the tables. The service was very good-professional yet friendly and quite prompt. And most importantly the food was good--very good! I split the stuffed mushroom appetizer and it was delish. my husband ordered a half salad which was also good. He then went with a 12 inch "fire pit" pizza - very spicy with jalapeno peppers, red onions and chicken, yet also very tasty. I split a 12 inch field of greens pizza which featured spinach, cheese and other veggies. These are brick oven pizzas with a very thin crust. They were both very good. Just the right mixture of chewy and crispy imo. My beverage was a fresh and fruity white sangria and I definitely recommend it. A selection of beers and wines are available. The only slight downside to the experience imo is that because the dining area has tall ceilings it can get rather noisy and echoey in there. But that is really only a minor complaint from somone who is very averse to noise. I definitely will come back to this place and who knows maybe it will even improve on its initial four star rating!
